No. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are free to have your vehicle serviced at any licensed workshop without voiding your new car warranty, provided the service is carried out to manufacturer specifications. We stamp your logbook and use quality parts that meet or exceed OEM standards.
When we inspect your vehicle we record a short video walkthrough showing the condition of your brakes, tyres, fluids, suspension and any items of concern. We send it directly to you along with an itemised quote for any recommended work. You decide what gets done — we don't start anything extra without your approval.
As a general guide, a minor service every 6 months or 10,000 km. For major service intervals, we follow your manufacturer's recommended schedule exactly. In Darwin's heat and humidity, keeping up with service intervals is especially important.
